Family Formation and Reproductive Benefits in Employer Group Health Plans

Presented by Kathi Wright (she/her)

Employers are finding the need to address the loss of reproductive medical care in light of the recent Supreme Court decision. Part of attracting employees and clients includes offering meaningful health care benefits that provide realistic resources for employees wanting to safely have children. Addressing those needs is an opportunity to investigate and design group health plans with benefits that support a diverse employee population. This presentation will discuss considerations and issues surrounding the education needed for designing and providing employee benefits and how organizations can review, revamp and utilize employee benefits in providing benefits that truly support employees and families.
