A national Commercial Litigation firm is seeking a skilled writer and researcher to join its team of seasoned trial attorneys. As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will work across various practice areas, including partnership disputes, trust and estate litigation, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 1 to 6 years of litigation experience (includes time spent doing clerkships)
- Superior writing, research, and analytical skills
Preferred, but not required, qualifications include:
- Background or experience in affordable housing, especially involving the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program
- Background or experience in finance, tax, and business entity issues, especially partnerships
- Clerkship experience
