The Finance Counsel provides legal advice and analysis with respect to Minnesota Housing’s issuance and management of mortgage revenue bonds and other debt, including compliance and reporting requirements. The position oversees and coordinates the primary and secondary market disclosure of material information in relation to Minnesota Housing’s bonds, with bond issuances of over $1.0 billion annually. This position will report to Rachel Robinson and the job posting will expire at 11:59 p.m. on January 13, 2025.
