Conference FAQs

Here you can find answers to our most frequently asked questions. If your question is not addressed below, please email the Conference Committee at [email protected]

  1. Who can attend the conference?

Anyone is welcome to attend although the content is geared towards attorneys.

  1. How do I register for the conference?

We offer virtual registration on our website. Once registration is open, usually in autumn, the conference registration page will appear on our Events page and our Annual Conferences page. Please follow the prompts on the registration page to complete your registration.

  1. When will registration close?

For our virtual conferences, we offer registration until the day of the conference. For our in-person conferences, we usually close registration at least a few days prior to the conference to allow us to place orders for food. We are also limited by physical space so may close registration early if we hit maximum capacity.

  1. What if I have to cancel my registration?

If you have to cancel, please contact us at [email protected]. However, for our virtual conference, you will be able to watch the CLE credits on-demand after the conference if you keep your registration.

  1. How much does the conference cost?

Typically, the conference costs $75 per person. While the conference is virtual, students are able to attend for free, but must use their law school email address when registering. Additionally, we offer some needs-based assistance, please contact [email protected] for more information.

  1. What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?

We accept all major credit cards.

  1. How many CLE credits can I receive?

Each attendee usually receives at least 4 CLE credits per conference. Our Keynote, Panel, and Breakout Sessions all typically qualify for CLE credit. For the virtual conference, attendees can receive more CLE credits per conference because the sessions are available on-demand after the conference allowing the attendee to watch all the sessions for CLE credit.

  1. How can I or my employer become a conference sponsor?

Please see our Conference Sponsor page for details.
