Member Engagement Committee

The 2024-25 Member Engagement Committee will continue to engage and retain our
membership through in-person and hybrid programming and will also develop plans to re-engage MLBA board alumni.

The Member Engagement Committee is also responsible for communicating with members,
including sending member renewal letters, welcoming new and renewing members, collecting
information for the online member directory, and keeping the online member directory up-to-
date; and updating and maintaining the MLBA Facebook account and e-newsletter.

The Member Engagement Committee shall plan a Fall social event, a post-conference social
event, and a Pride social event to engage with members.
