The Board Governance and Finance committee will review financial reports and the budget with the board Treasurer in advance of board meetings, develop a document retention policy, develop organizational tools for the various MLBA email accounts and the Google Drive, and implement these tools. It will also monitor governing documents and propose revisions as appropriate.
