Associate Attorney – Business Litigation and Product Liability/Complex Torts

We seek an Associate Attorney to support our Business Litigation and Product Liability/Complex Torts Practice Groups. The qualified individual will have 2-4 years of business and/or product liability/complex torts litigation experience with demonstrated experience or interest in the following:

• Drafting and responding to discovery.
• Motion practice, including preparation and argument.
• Case management and organization skills.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Development and discovery of experts.
• Trial assistance.
• Business development.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of business litigation and/or product liability/complex torts experience.
• Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience.
• Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative.
• Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).
